Test participants represent many countries of the world. Each user’s country is determined automatically by the ip. This tool is very useful, convenient, but still unreliable, so if in your case a failure or an error occurred, please write a bug report. All mistakes should be corrected. In any case, statistics is collected successful, and it is clearly shown below how many people and from which countries have already taken part in the geographical tests.

On the GEO website convenience and the free dissemination of knowledge is put above other values, so there is not even a mild coercion to registration: everyone is in equal conditions, with equal access to everything. Moreover, there is not such concept as registration in itself. You are free to come to the site at any time you like, from any computer, and to fully get all the desired information about the countries of the world, leaving the site whenever you want. Another thing is that such a system connects the test results not to people, but to their computers. So if you want to "make yourself remembered" on GEO, it is possible to authorize through VKontakte or Twitter. And if not, there is nothing to worry about. You can remain anonymous, or choose any name that sounds pleasant for you.
